In gratitude and reverence…
For my parents, who modeled integrity, excellence, and compassion
For my children, who inspire my humble efforts to improve the world they will inherit
For my dearest friends, who, by recognizing and appreciating the best in me, encourage me to do more and to do better every day
For my respected colleagues, whose dedication, determination, and creativity stimulate me and my work
For the annual campaign, the finest education on the eloquence of communal responsibility and solidarity
For Mega-Mission ’95, for the joy of developing a project, from start to finish, which so powerfully connected Clevelanders to the land of Israel
For United Jewish Communities’ Lion of Judah program, which empowers women to stretch their minds and their hearts, “to dare to dream”
and,
For the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland, for providing opportunities to learn “tzedakah” from visionary philanthropists in Cleveland and throughout the world.
In gratitude and reverence for all of these blessings, and with the hope that my legacy will provide a future of blessings for others, I establish this Lion of Judah Endowment.
