Days are scrolls, write thereon only what you would like to have remembered about you.”
-The Mahzor for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
My daughters are dear to me. I take seriously my responsibility to teach them, to lead by example and to demonstrate the importance of being charitable. There is wisdom in helping others. As individuals improve their lives, a community strengthens and thrives. I hope my daughters will share their strengths, caring ways and their resources to benefit others. If I show them the way, they will follow.
It is my honor to have created a Lion of Judah endowment. In so doing, I not only contribute to the community at large but also demonstrate the importance of women participating in philanthropy. To give is a gift. To lead is a privilege. To share this experience with my daughters is a joy.
I am proud to sign the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland’s Endowment Book of Life.
