I established my Lion of Judah Endowment in loving memory of my devoted husband Irving.  Aware of my wish to become a Lion of Judah donor, Irv surprised me by making that special pledge in my name as a very thoughtful gift to me.  In this way, Irv enabled me to feel the same pride he felt in making a leadership gift to our community’s annual campaign.  Together we shared a love for Israel and our Jewish heritage.  It is my privilege and pleasure to perpetuate our philanthropy.

Irv and I chose to continue the tradition of tzedakah learned by example from our parents.  It is important that this tradition continue through future generations.
