Jim’s aunt, Lotte Schreiber Pinkus, born in 1903, was a German immigrant who arrived in the United States in 1934.  In spite of many obstacles, she lead a New York design studio.  In retirement she tended her investments and planned for future philanthropy. Her will expressed a desire to support cultural and educational activities.  With the help of the Jewish Community Federation we have found an appropriate way to support the Center for the Preservation of Jewish History.
