We sign this page in loving memory of Maurice Saltzman, devoted husband, beloved father and grandfather.  This legacy to the Jewish Community Federation embodies the high ideals and values that Maurie represented all his life… his fundamental optimism and enthusiasm; his strong-willed drive to help others, especially young people; his caring for those in need; his belief in the value of acting as a community; and his ability to motivate people to take leadership roles.  Maurie was a mentor and teacher, transmitting his love of people and belief in helping others into philanthropy and spurring others to action.  Through this legacy, we ensure that Maurie’s commitment to tzedakah and the Jewish community will continue in the community that he loved.
