This gift fulfills my obligation as a Jewish woman to a community that has brought many honors and much happiness into my life. It has given me the privilege of performing kind acts of charity. Just as I have learned from my parents, Steve and I are hopeful that this gesture will create a sense of future responsibility by our children in the communities in which they choose to live.
